Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible fine art print purchases within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, prints must be:

  • Unframed

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

To request a return, please contact us at mvcheca@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is approved, return instructions will be provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Original paintings

  • Commissioned artwork

  • Framed prints

  • Custom size prints

  • Sale items

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
