SHIPPING POLICY FOR ORIGINAL PAINTINGS:

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mvcheca@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

SHIPPING POLICY FOR PRINTS:

Oversized Framed Canvas Prints

Oversized framed canvas prints (36” and larger) require specialized freight shipping due to their size and weight. Shipping costs for these sizes are calculated at checkout and typically range from $150–$250 within the continental United States.

Returns on damaged or lost artwork
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact us within 48 hours with
pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will endeavor to replace the edition, free of cost.

In the event that we are unable to replace the edition, we will arrange a refund upon receiving
the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable).

Customs
Customers may have to pay a customs clearance fee as required by your port of delivery.
